Refund Policy

At Noor Hayaab, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible shopping experience by delivering high-quality products, prompt customer support, and responsive communication.

We deeply value your feedback and consistently use it to enhance our services and product offerings.

As our valued customer, we request you to carefully review the product description, measurements, and our Return & Refund Policy before making a purchase. Due to a significant number of fraudulent return claims in the past, we DO NOT provide returns or exchanges unless there is a clear mistake on our end.

We offer a replacement with the same item only under the following condition (if a package opening video is provided):

  • A wrong product has been dispatched.

For any reason not mentioned above, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales on our website are final.

To initiate a replacement (only if a wrong, defective, or damaged item has been received), please email us at noorhayaab@gmail.com or call/WhatsApp us at +91 9929855285. Kindly share clear images of the issue along with the package opening video.

⚠️ Note: We do not process refunds in any case.

Return Process

Our return policy is applicable within 2 days of product delivery and only for the following reasons:

  • Damaged product

  • Manufacturing defect

The time frame begins from the date of delivery confirmation provided by our courier partner.

To request a return, please email us at noorhayaab@gmail.com with:

  • One image of the damaged part.

  • One image of the entire product.

  • A video of unboxing/package opening showing the issue.

Our Quality Assurance Team will assess the issue and respond with a Return Request Status within 2–3 business days.

Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup. This process generally takes:

  • 2–3 working days for pickup arrangement.

  • 4–6 working days for delivery to our warehouse.

After receiving the returned item, our QA team will verify its condition. If everything is in order, a replacement for the same item will be processed.
